Fees and Payments
- Fees: All fees are as described in the individual service agreements or as otherwise provided on our website.
- Payment Terms: Payments are due as stipulated in the service agreement. Late payments may incur late fees and may result in a suspension or termination of services.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Details on refunds and cancellations are provided in the service agreement.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, product details, access to your Amazon seller account, and specific campaign goals.
Third-Party Services
AmzCentric Limited may utilize third-party services and platforms in the provision of our services. You acknowledge that such services are beyond our control and AmzCentric Limited is not liable for any losses or issues that may arise from their use.
Intellectual Property
All materials produced by AmzCentric Limited during the provision of services, including but not limited to reports, strategies, graphics, and written content, are proprietary and may be used by the client for their business purposes only. You grant AmzCentric Limited a license to use your company name and campaign results for promotional purposes unless explicitly denied in writing.
Confidentiality
AmzCentric Limited commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and data. This obligation will survive the termination of any service agreement.
Changes to Terms
AmzCentric Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
Services may be terminated by either party with written notice according to the terms set out in the service agreement. Upon termination, all due payments must be settled.
Limitation of Liability
AmzCentric Limited’s liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services that gave rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
