Amazon Brand Management for Brands Doing $10K+ a Month

One team runs your PPC, listings, account health, inventory and creative. Every decision gets judged on one number: what's left after Amazon fees, COGS and ad spend.

No junior handoffs. No auto campaigns called "management." A weekly report that shows what we changed, why, and what it did to your profit.

A $149 deep-dive into your ads, listings, account health and inventory that shows where profit is leaking. If you sign on for management, the $149 is credited to your first month. You keep the findings either way. See a sample audit →

Amazon brand management means running every part of a brand's Amazon business together (advertising, listings, account health, inventory, pricing and creative) so growth shows up in profit, not just in sales.

Sound familiar?

If you've hired an agency or a freelancer before, you've probably said one of these.

“

I can't tell if they're making me money or just spending my budget.

The report is full of impressions, clicks and ACoS. Nobody can tell you what happened to your net profit.

“

Sales went up. Profit didn't.

Revenue looks good on the monthly call. Meanwhile TACoS keeps creeping up and your margin gets thinner every month.

“

I'm paying senior rates for a junior.

The person on the sales call disappeared after onboarding. Now someone six months into Amazon is running your account.

“

They were just running auto campaigns and calling it management.

Same template for every brand. No search term harvesting, no negatives, no real campaign structure.

“

Sales dropped, so they raised bids.

Nobody checked the stockout, the lost Buy Box, the new 1-star review or the competitor who just undercut your price.

“

My PPC guy, my listing guy and my designer don't talk to each other.

You end up being the project manager for your own Amazon business.

None of these are ad problems. They're management problems.

Why it happens

Most sales drops aren't an ad problem. They get treated like one anyway.

Growth on Amazon depends on seven things working together: the product, the detail page, unit economics, advertising, organic rank, reviews, and inventory. Most agencies only own one of them, which is usually PPC. So when sales drop and TACoS goes up, they do the only thing they can: change bids and launch more campaigns.

That's like turning up the music because the car is making a noise.

How we run your account

How AmzCentric runs Amazon brand management differently

Muhammad Zain, founder of AmzCentric

Manages seven-figure Amazon brands for clients. Oversees every account we run.

01

Profit is the scoreboard.

We set a break-even ACoS for every SKU using your real COGS and Amazon fees, then manage to TACoS and contribution margin. If spend isn't paying back, we cut it, even if it makes the revenue line look smaller.

02

You see every change we make.

Every week you get a report on what we changed, why we changed it, and what happened after. You're never left guessing what you're paying for.

03

The person on the call runs your account.

We keep a small client roster on purpose. Your account is run by senior operators and overseen by a founder who manages seven-figure Amazon brands for clients. It doesn't get handed to a new hire after the contract is signed.

04

Built for your products, not a template.

Campaigns split by match type and intent. Search terms harvested and negated every week. Structure built around your hero SKUs, your margins and your competitors.

05

We diagnose before we spend.

When numbers move, we check stock, Buy Box, price, reviews and the listing before we touch a bid.

06

We put the targets in writing.

No "we'll double your sales" promises. We agree specific targets with you before we start, and we back them with a guarantee.

Our process

What happens in your first 90 days

01
Week 1

Full account audit and targets

We audit advertising structure and bidding, SEO and indexing, listings and design, Brand Registry, account health, IPI and inventory, customer service, and expansion readiness. Then we agree your targets in writing.

02
Weeks 2–4

Stop the leaks

Cut wasted spend, add negatives, fix suppressed or broken listings, sort out account health flags, and set up stock dashboards so nothing runs out.

03
Month 2

Rebuild what's holding you back

Restructure campaigns around your hero SKUs, rewrite listings, test main images, and refresh A+ Content and your Brand Store.

04
Month 3

Scale what's profitable

Push budget into what's paying back, plan promotions, and review results against the targets we agreed. This is your guarantee checkpoint.

Every week along the way, you get a report on what we changed and what it did to your numbers. See a sample weekly report →

[ Our guarantee ]

We hit at least 80% of your targets, or you stop paying our fee.

Most agencies promise the world on the sales call. We'd rather put it in writing.

Before we start, we agree specific targets with you, based on your account, your margins and your market. We work together for a minimum of 3 months. If we haven't hit at least 80% of those targets by then, you don't pay our management fee from the next month on. It stays waived until we hit them.

Ad spend is always paid by you directly to Amazon and isn't covered by the guarantee. Targets are agreed in writing at onboarding. The guarantee applies to our monthly management fee.

Who it's for

Who we work with (and who we don't)

A good fit if you:

Own your brand on Amazon and do at least $10K a month

Are juggling freelancers for PPC, listings and design, and you're the one holding it all together

Left an agency, or are about to, because you couldn't see what they were doing

Care more about what lands in the bank than about top-line sales

Are willing to share COGS and margin data, so we can manage to profit

Not a fit if you:

Resell other brands' products without owning the brand

Want sales growth at any cost, whatever it does to margin

Want someone to just "run the ads" and don't want the listing, inventory or pricing touched

How to choose an agency

How to choose an Amazon brand management agency: 7 questions to ask before you sign

Ask every agency these, including us. The answers tell you more than any case study.

Ask us all seven on a call
01

“Who will actually work on my account, and can I meet them?”

If it's not the person on the sales call, find out who it is and how much Amazon experience they have.

02

“How do you charge?”

A percentage of ad spend pays the agency to spend more. Ask for a flat fee, or at least a model tied to profit.

03

“What do you manage to: ACoS, TACoS or profit?”

ACoS on its own can look great while the business loses money. Ask for break-even ACoS per SKU and TACoS.

04

“Show me a weekly report.”

It should list what they changed, why, and what happened after. A dashboard of impressions and clicks isn't a report.

Here's ours →
05

“When sales drop, what do you check first?”

If the answer is "bids," they're a PPC shop. Stock, Buy Box, price, reviews and the listing should come first.

06

“What targets will you put in writing?”

Vague promises like "we'll scale your brand" can't be held to account. Specific targets can.

07

“Who owns the ad account and data if we part ways?”

You should. Access should run through user permissions you can remove at any time.

FAQ

Amazon brand management: common questions

Amazon brand management is running every part of a brand's Amazon business together: advertising, listings, SEO, account health, inventory, pricing and creative. The goal is growth that shows up in profit, not just in sales. One team owns the whole result, instead of separate freelancers each owning a piece.
