AmzCentric Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under Texgiant LLC, provides Amazon and TikTok Shop account management and advertising services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services or authorize our applications to access your advertising data.

This policy applies to our Login with Amazon (LwA) application used to access the Amazon Advertising API on behalf of our clients.

  • Amazon Seller/Vendor account identifiers and profile information

  • Manage and optimize your Amazon advertising campaigns

  • Access Amazon Advertising API data on your behalf as authorized

  • Fulfill our contractual obligations as your Amazon consultancy

3. Amazon Ads API Access

Our application accesses Amazon Advertising data through the official Amazon Ads API using credentials you explicitly authorize. We only access data for accounts you have granted us permission to manage. We do not use your advertising data for any purpose beyond the scope of services agreed upon in your service contract.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or advertising data with third parties, except:

  • As required by law or regulatory authority
  • With your explicit written consent
  • With trusted service providers who assist in delivering our services (bound by confidentiality agreements)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of our engagement and for up to 12 months thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention period is required by law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Access to advertising account credentials and API tokens is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • Withdraw authorization for Amazon Ads API access at any time through your Amazon account settings
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
