From steady seller to a scaling engine.
In seven months we took a plateaued European electricals brand and rebuilt its Amazon advertising into a growth engine — scaling reach 4.5×, nearly doubling monthly revenue, and holding ROAS above 5 the entire way.
Before AmzCentric vs. now
November 2025 baseline → May 2026The account was idling. We rebuilt it to grow.
The problem
- Reach was capped: ~275K monthly impressions left the catalog invisible to most in-market shoppers.
- Ad budget was timid and concentrated, so revenue had plateaued around €15–18K a month.
- ACoS sat above 22% with no campaign structure in place to scale spend safely.
The strategy
- Treat the account as a growth engine, not a maintenance task — expand reach aggressively while protecting ROAS.
- Rebuild campaign structure into branded, category and competitor lanes to isolate and fund top performers.
- Push impressions and orders up month over month, accepting a controlled TACoS rise as reinvestment.
Four moves, run in sequence.
Audit & baseline
Mapped every campaign, search term and ASIN against margin, then set a hard ROAS floor.
Restructure
Segmented into branded, category and competitor lanes and cut wasted spend on dead keywords.
Scale reach
Scaled budgets behind proven keywords — monthly impressions grew from 275K to 1.24M.
Hold efficiency
Tuned bids monthly to keep ROAS above 5 and ACoS under 20% through the entire scale.
