WHAT CHANGED

The account was idling. We rebuilt it to grow.

The problem

  • Reach was capped: ~275K monthly impressions left the catalog invisible to most in-market shoppers.
  • Ad budget was timid and concentrated, so revenue had plateaued around €15–18K a month.
  • ACoS sat above 22% with no campaign structure in place to scale spend safely.

The strategy
