1.Who we are
AmzCentric Limited (“AmzCentric”, “we”, “us”) is the trade name (DBA) of Texgiant LLC, a Texas-registered company. We are an independent Amazon marketplace management agency with offices in Austin, Texas and Karachi, Pakistan.
This policy covers two groups of people:
- Website visitors and enquirers — anyone who visits amzcentric.com, requests an audit, books a call or contacts us.
- Clients — brands and sellers who give our team access to their Amazon accounts. Sections 3, 5, 7 and 11 apply most directly to you.
We are an independent service provider. We are not part of Amazon and not part of our clients’ businesses.
2.Information from website visitors
We collect what you give us and basic technical data your browser sends.
- Audit and contact forms: name, work email, company, phone number, Amazon store URL, annual Amazon revenue range, monthly ad budget and any message you write.
- Call bookings: your name, email and chosen time.
- Direct messages: emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the referring page, collected through cookies (see section 10).
3.Information from client Amazon accounts
When you hire us, you add our named team members as secondary users in Seller Central or Vendor Central. We never ask for or accept your login, password or API keys. Through the permissions you grant, we may see:
- Business data: listings, catalog, inventory, advertising performance, sales, fees, returns and account health.
- Order and buyer data: order records and buyer messages, only where your permissions allow it and the work requires it.
- Account holder details: the business contact and billing details attached to the account.
You control your account data. We process it only on your written instructions and only to deliver the services you asked for. Amazon customer information, such as names and addresses, is used only for merchant-fulfilled shipping or to meet legal and tax requirements. We never use it to market to Amazon customers.
4.How we use information
Website visitors
- Reply to enquiries, run the free account audit and schedule calls.
- Send our newsletter, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Keep the website working and secure.
- Meet legal obligations and keep ordinary business records.
Client account data
- Manage listings, advertising, inventory, catalog and account health for the accounts you authorize.
- Handle Seller Support cases, reimbursements and buyer messages for you.
- Produce your weekly updates and performance reports.
We never combine one client’s data with another’s, and we use it for nothing other than your engagement.
5.How we access and protect client accounts
We work inside Amazon’s own permission system and follow Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
- Secondary user permissions only. We never ask for or accept your primary login, password or API keys.
- Named team members. Each person has their own login with multi-factor authentication. No shared accounts, passwords or devices.
- Least access. Only people working on your account get access, and only to the areas they need.
- You stay in control. You can remove our access at any time.
- Automated tools and AI. If we use them for reports or recommendations, we tell you what they do and how current the data is.
Employees, agents and contractors
Our team works from the United States and Pakistan under the direction of our founder, Zain Zakir. It is organized into three groups, each with junior team members working under them:
- Amazon PPC Managers — run advertising campaigns.
- Brand Managers — manage listings, catalog and brand content.
- Operations Managers — handle day-to-day Seller Central operations.
Everyone who can access client data is disclosed to Amazon, added as a user in the Amazon Solution Provider Portal and verified by Amazon. We are responsible for their actions, and each is bound by written confidentiality obligations.
Our safeguards
CONFIRM: keep only the safeguards you operate in practice
- Access is granted on a need-to-know basis and reviewed at least every quarter.
- Access is removed within 24 hours when someone leaves or changes role.
- Team members complete data protection and security training at least once a year.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher), and personal information is encrypted at rest.
- Devices that access client data have endpoint security, storage encryption and automatic screen lock.
- We never store personal information in public file-sharing links.
6.Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell personal information. We share your Amazon account data with no one outside the named team on your account, unless the law requires it.
For our website and business operations, we use service providers that process data for us:
- Scheduling and booking — Cal.com
- Audit and contact forms — Make.com
- Video hosting — YouTube
- Client reviews — Trustpilot
- Messaging — WhatsApp
- Website hosting — Hostinger
- Website analytics — Google Analytics
These tools never receive Amazon account data, and they handle your information under their own privacy terms.
Before we share client data with any other party, we check its security is at least as strict as ours and sign a written agreement. Any vendor that could access client data is assessed for security risk before access and every year after. We do not publish insights from client data. We may disclose information to meet a legal obligation, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, with notice to affected clients.
7.Retention and deletion
We permanently and securely delete client data within 30 days of the earliest of these events:
- you revoke our access or end our engagement;
- Amazon asks us to delete it;
- we are no longer authorized to hold it;
- our participation in Amazon’s Solution Provider Network ends.
We use industry-standard secure deletion (NIST 800-88) and will confirm deletion in writing if Amazon asks. We keep data longer only where the law requires it.
- Client account data: kept only while we provide services to you.
- Website enquiries and call bookings: kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and keep business records, then deleted or anonymized.
- Newsletter subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Amazon customer information: kept no longer than 30 days after order delivery, and only to fulfill orders, handle taxes or meet legal requirements.
To ask us to delete your information sooner, email info@amzcentric.com.
8.International handling of data
We have offices in the United States and Pakistan. Our team and service providers may access information from either country, or from other countries where our providers operate. Where the law requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, we put them in place.
9.Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live — including the EU, the UK and California — you may have the right to:
- see the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it or ask us to delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive a copy in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier;
- know whether your information is sold or shared — we do not sell it.
Email info@amzcentric.com to make a request. We respond within the time the law allows. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
If your request is about an Amazon buyer’s information inside a client’s account, we will pass it to that client, who controls the account, and help them respond.
10.Cookies and analytics
Our website runs on WordPress, which sets its own essential cookies to make pages work and remember your settings. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. We do not set any other cookies of our own.
Embedded content, such as videos, the booking calendar and forms, may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working.
11.Security incidents
If we learn of unauthorized access to client data in our care, we investigate right away, contain it, remove any affected access and document what happened and how we fixed it.
We notify Amazon (security@amazon.com) within 24 hours of detecting an incident involving Amazon data, and we notify affected clients at the same time, with enough detail to help them meet their own reporting duties. We keep an incident response plan, review it every six months, and have a named incident contact.
12.Children, changes and contact
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email clients about important changes.
