Starting point (Nov 2025) vs. May 2026
November 2025 → May 2026The account was idling. We rebuilt it to grow.
The problem
- Revenue was €17.6K in November 2025 and €14.9K in December, on ad spend of €1,693 and €957.
- ACoS was 22.1% in November 2025 and 20.3% in December.
The strategy
- Treat the account as a growth engine, not a maintenance task — expand reach aggressively while protecting ROAS.
- Rebuild campaign structure into branded, category and competitor lanes to isolate and fund top performers.
- Grow orders and revenue, accepting a higher TACoS as reinvestment: it went from a low of 5.3% in February to 9.1% in May (9.6% in November 2025).
Four moves, run in sequence.
Audit & baseline

Restructure

Scale reach

Hold efficiency
